Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds for purchased golf lessons are available within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • To request a refund, please contact us within this 7-day period at andy.morris@xgolftualatin.com. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored.

  1. Lesson Packages:

    • All lesson packages must be used in full within 12 months from the date of purchase.

    • Unused lessons after this 12-month period will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.

  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may result in the lesson being forfeited.

  3. No-Show Policy:

    • If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered used and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
